The District Executive Committee is composed by the Core Team and the Area and the Division Directors. Apart from these, only the Alignment Chair and the Audit Committee may attend.

In these meetings the members of the Core Team and the Division Directors present reports on their activities and some important decisions are voted on, such as the district budget, the location of the Spring Conference and the club alignment for the following year - decisions that must be ratified by the District Council Meeting.

These meetings take place twice a year in person, when they take place at the same time as the District Officer Training, and twice a year online.
