Aaron Beverly
Keynote speaker
Aaron Beverly is a communication expert, international speaker, and the 2019 World Champion of Public Speaking. He is passionate about helping individuals and organizations close the gap between what they believe they’re saying and what others actually hear—unlocking clarity, confidence, and real impact.
With over 15 years of experience in banking and finance at global firms such as Citi, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Deloitte, Aaron built his career leading high-stakes projects where success depended on clear, effective communication. Known for simplifying complex ideas and aligning teams, he developed a powerful ability to turn messages into meaningful action.
Alongside his corporate journey, Aaron pursued excellence in public speaking, becoming a five-time International Speech Contest semifinalist before earning the title of World Champion in 2019, rising above more than 20,000 competitors worldwide.
Today, Aaron inspires audiences to find their voice, communicate with purpose, and perform at their best when it matters most. His keynotes blend real-world experience, storytelling, and practical tools that empower people to speak with confidence and lead with impact.

Marina Ibrahim knows what it means to stand between worlds. Born to a German mother and an Egyptian father, and now a British-German citizen, she grew up navigating identity, belonging, and cultural difference long before she had words for cultural intelligence.
Today, Marina is an award-winning cross-cultural leadership expert and keynote speaker who helps leaders amplify their impact across borders, languages, and identities. For more than 25 years, she has worked internationally with multinational teams and senior leaders seeking not just performance, but trust, clarity, and cultures where people feel seen, heard, and understood.
Through powerful storytelling and practical frameworks, Marina encourages leaders to embrace their whole selves rather than edit who they are to fit in.
