The District Council is composed by the Presidents and Vice Presidents of Education of chartered clubs in good standing, the Area and Division Directors and the Core Team. They meet twice every year in order to make decisions that are of great relevance for the good functioning of the District, including the district budget, the location of the Spring Conference and the club alignment for the following year. One of the meetings usually takes place online in November and the other in May, during the Spring Conference.
