The International Speech Contest: This is the moment we’ve all been waiting for: Seven contestants, one from each Division, will go on stage and compete to get to the finals of the World Championship of Public Speaking!

Other speech contests: We will also have official speech contests in Portuguese, Spanish, and French. These are the District finals!

Evaluation contest in English: This year we are bringin back this kind of contest where evaluators take the spothlight and are judged!

Keynote speeches: There will be inspiring keynote speeches that will resonate with everyone!

Gala Dinner: We promise you an unforgettable evening with lot of surprises.

After dinner the winner of the International, Portuguese, Spanish and French Speech Contests and Evaluation Contest will be announced and the party will continue!

Whatever you do, don’t make other plans for Saturday night - you’d be crazy to miss this!

Workshops: There will be useful workshops about Toastmasters-related topics - and then some non-related too. This is another great opportunity to learn from other fellow Toastmasters who are very experienced in their fields of expertise.

TICKET REFUND POLICY

If you bought a ticket but you can’t come to the summit, we may refund you:

⏩ 100% refund for requests until April 15.

⏩ 50% refund for requests between April 16 and May 05 .

⏩ After May 05 no refunds will be processed.
However, if you are unable to attend you may transfer your ticket to another person. Ask that person to register if they haven’t done so and send us an email with the new attendee's name and email address and we will transfer the ticket accordingly.
⏩ All refunds will be net of transfer and processing costs.

How to get to Rabat Center from different Airports?

From Rabat-Salé Airport (Rabat) to Rabat Center

by Taxi:

Duration: 15-20 minutes.
How: Taxis are available at the airport, and it’s a quick trip into Rabat city center.
Cost: Around 10-15 EUR.

by Bus:

Duration: Arround 30 minutes.
How: You can take the Airport Shuttle (number 2) to the city center of Rabat.
Cost: Around 2-3 EUR.

From Mohammed V International Airport (Casablanca) to Rabat

by Train:

Duration: About 1.5 to 2 hours.
How: From the airport, take the train (ONCF - National Railways Office) directly to Rabat. The train departs from the airport station, and you can reach the central train stations in Rabat (Rabat Ville or Agdal).
Cost: Around 4-7 EUR.

by Bus:

Duration: Around 2.5 hours.
How: You can take a bus from the airport to the Casablanca bus station, and from there, take another bus to Rabat. Companies like CTM and Supratours operate on this route.
Cost: Around 6-10 EUR.

by Taxi:

Duration: About 1.5 hours, depending on traffic.
How: You can hire a taxi directly from the airport. Make sure to negotiate a price or ask for the meter to be used.
Cost: Around 60-80 EUR, depending on your negotiation.

From Marrakech Menara Airport (Marrakech) to Rabat

by Train:

Duration: About 4 hours.
How: ake a taxi or bus to Marrakech’s main train station (Gare de Marrakech). From there, take the train to Rabat. The train ride is direct and comfortable.
Cost: Train tickets range from 10-15 EUR.

by Bus:

Duration: About 4-5 hours.
How: Take a bus from the Marrakech bus station (e.g., CTM or Supratours) to Rabat.
Cost: Around 10-15 EUR.

by Taxi or Private Car:

Duration: About 3.5 to 4 hours.
How: This will be more expensive, but you can hire a private taxi or car.
Cost: Around 120-150 EUR.

From Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport (Tangier) to Rabat:

by Train:

Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours.
How: Take a taxi from Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport to Tangier’s main train station (Gare de Tanger). From there, you can catch the Al-Buraq high-speed train, which operates between Tangier and other cities, including Rabat.
Cost: Tickets for the Al-Buraq train range from 10 to 15 EUR depending on the class and availability.

by Bus:

Duration: About 3-3.5 hours.
How: You can take a bus from Tangier’s bus station to Rabat (CTM or Supratours).
Cost: Around 7-10 EUR.

How to get to the Venue from Rabat Center ?

by Taxi or Car:

Duration: The venue is approximately 7 kilometers from the city center. Depending on traffic, the journey typically takes about 15 to 20 minutes. You can use a taxi or a ride-sharing service like In Drive.

by Public Transportation:

Duration: Rabat's tramway system connects various parts of the city. You can take the tram from the city center towards Hay Riad and alight at the nearest stop to Madinat Al Irfane. From there, it's a short walk or taxi ride to the venue.
