WORDS OF APPRECIATION

Every year, District 107 seeks new leaders with a solid understanding of Toastmasters International, including its mission and vision, and how clubs, Areas, Divisions, and the District are interconnected. These leaders should also demonstrate skills in strategic thinking, project and program management, effective communication, team leadership, and practical training.
 

To ensure successful District elections, the District Director appointed the District Leadership Committee, which plays a crucial role in securing the District's long-term success. Members of our District Leadership Committee were selected, one from each District 107 Division, based on leadership abilities, dedication to our members' best interests, and experience serving on District Teams at various levels.
