Why?

The District 107 Fall Summit is one of our two big annual events, a chance for all of us to come together to learn, to grow and…to party! A weekend packed with educational and networking opportunities, including insightful workshops, inspiring keynotes, speech contests (and…that party we just mentioned! 🥳).

Toasties from Spain, Portugal, Andorra, Gibraltar, Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria come to one of our cities for a unique opportunity to celebrate achievements, build connections, and…dance our little tushies off!

This year this event will take place in Barcelona on the 22nd and 23rd of November!

The fun starts with Cultural Activities on Friday 21st, so come early! Hang out with all your old Toastmasters friends, make new ones and get to know more of the beautiful city of Barcelona.

Friday Activities

Friday’s Cultural Activities are not included in the Conference Ticket.

 

Your Moment to Shine Contest

This is a very supportive and inclusive contest where every speaker, no matter their level, has greatness to share and shine.

Rules:

- 2 to 3 minutes of prepared speech. A 30-second grace period is allowed for both the upper and lower ends.

- The topic of the speeches will be humorous storytelling based on personal experiences.

- You can participate in: English, Spanish, Portuguese or French.

- Maximum 5 contestants per language.

- We will do a drawing to choose the participants 7 days before the contest (Monday 17th of November). And if you are selected we will contact you to tell you in what language you will be competing.

- The final speaking order will be established during the briefing at the Summit.

- You can put your name in for as many languages as you wish. In order to get as many different people on  stage as possible, once picked for one contest you won't be eligible for any of the others.

Keynote speakers

Get ready to be moved, inspired, and energized! Our keynote speakers will ignite the stage with powerful stories and insights.

WORKSHOPS

During the weekend you will be able to pick your favourite workshop among 16 useful, interactive and engaged TLI related topics and not. This is another great opportunity to learn from other fellow Toastmasters who will share their valuables.

Conference packages:

FULL PACKAGE: includes Conference, Coffee-Breaks, Workshops, Saturday lunch & Gala Celebration plus Sunday coffee break. Sunday lunch not included

  •    Early Bird  (until September 30th): €175

  •    Regular Bird (October 1st - October 31st): €185

  •    Late Owl (November 1st - November 16th): €195

SMALL PACKAGE: same as above except Gala Celebration.

Please note that at our Gala Celebration food will be served cocktail style to encourage social interaction, creativity and a vibrant atmosphere.

GALA CELEBRATION: access only to the Gala Celebration, i.e. no access to the conference.

  •    Gala Celebration : €80

 

Early Bird prices are valid for transfers until midnight September 30th, GMT+1.

Regular Ticket prices are valid for transfers from October 1st until midnight October 31st, GMT+1.

Late Owl prices are valid for transfers from November 1st until midnight November 16th, GMT+1.

TICKET REFUND POLICY [Standard for TM events]

If you purchased a ticket and are unable to attend the conference, we may refund you:

⏩ 100% refund for requests until September 30th.

⏩ 50% refund for requests between October 1st and October 31st.

⏩ After November 1st no refunds will be processed.

However, if you are unable to attend you may transfer your ticket to another person. Ask that person to register if they haven’t done so and send us an email with the new attendee's name and email address and we will transfer the ticket accordingly. 

⏩ All refunds will be net of transfer and processing costs.
