Every year, Area and Division Directors are required to participate in District Officer Training. These are usually organized by the Program Quality Director with the help of the District Core Team and it aims to prefer the recipients of the training for their roles. The meetings take place twice a year, in person as much as possible. More recently, they are hybrid, allowing most if not all officers to participate.
