Less than 1% of all Toastmasters ever achieve their DTM. The DTM award is the greatest honor that can be earned by a member of Toastmasters International. These accomplishments give us a greater perspective of the value of being a good communicator and an effective leader. To become a DTM you need to complete 2 paths in Pathways plus serve as a Leader and completing your DTM project
